MS Word 2007 About this sentence problem

Hi to all,

I am having problems when I am doing grammar check for a word. About this sentence with? mark lead to error I will show after this. I clicked explain and led to the same error. This is the error.
I hope the attachment is visible. It said the XML page cannot be displayed, access denied.

Did anybody see this before? What is the solution?

Hi to all,

I know no one knows the solution of this problem. That why no one responded. I talked with MS Word tech; he could not resolve the problem either. I tried to figure what to do. I know I did a repair of Windows Vista 64 bit. I thought the problem deal with something missing. The tech said it was Office problems. However, the recommended solution including uninstalling Office 2007 and clean install caused more problem than good. I decided to clean installed Windows Vista again. That was my last resort, as you all know reinstalling programs again it is not fun, the risk of losing files that did not backup as I would like to see. After the clean install, I want to announce that my problem is resolved, thanks to God. I hope this help others with similar problems.
