Word 2007 hangs

    Word 2007 hangs

    Word 2007 temporarily freezes to the point that I cannot use it when I do certain things like click on text box and have to wait for the list of templates to be shown.



    I have to open task manager which makes the list go away, but the next time I click on text box it works normally.

    This happens on other things where theres similar pretty list of things.

    Word 2007 hangs sort of randomly in my case, except for one thing, when using mailmerge send to Outlook it hangs always. It sends some of the email addresses and then stops sending and hangs. It is not because of a high number of emails as I send like to 100 addresses or so each time.

    Well, you may not have the latest patches, because my Word version is

    word.png

    but yours is 6308 and mine is 6311 so that might just be the version based upon the install type (ultimate versus pro versus pro plus, etc.)
