| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Problem with email account I have a problem under Vista at the moment relating to an old email account that's no longer in use. I've tried to remove it in the usual way, but it's now saying that it's transferring its data to a new data file, and has been saying this for many weeks now, and this email account is causing Outlook to fail every time I start it up. Is there any way I can force Vista to delete or forget about this account, beyond the Remove button that isn't working? Nothing else is currently going wrong for me, but uninstalling and reinstalling Office didn't work, and I'm not sure what to do next. |
