| vista Home Premium 32bit | Can't Open Outlook 2007 When I try to open outlook I get this message: Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The Outlook.pst is not a personal folders file. I have uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled getting the same message. Try running SCANPST but no help. But Help! |
