    PPT in 97-2000

Hey, I have some trouble to save my powerpoint work in the previous version. I know how to do it in word, excell,... But here there appears to be some kind of a problem.
When I click on save as then I click on the version 97-2000 that I wont. It is then said on the bar bellow of the window that ppt is converting my document but before the end there is a new small window that opens and sais click esc to exit.

What did I do wrong or how can I prevent this? It is really really important that I can save this document in that format.

    Thanks for your help

PS : I'm sorry for my poor english and my poor knowledge in computer langage.

When open and save the PowerPoint this may happen.

If your PowerPoint file is two large or your computer is slow, the dialog "Click Esc to exit" may appear. Do not click Esc and just wait for a monment you can open or save the presentation.

Hi, Celon013, and welcome to the forums.

Gaochuhan is correct - Vista thinks the program has stopped responding and puts that message up but in reality it has *not* stopped responding - just be patient and it will finish up.
