| Newbie Rep Power: 5 ![]() | PowerPoint 2007 quit printing shadows(!?) Used to work fine. Now, shadow effects (basic, boring shadows) appear on the slide I'm working and appear in slide show view. They do not appear in the batch of slides on left of screen, do not appear in print preview and of course, don't print. Other forums have discussed same issue with eventual solution as work around using PDF or some sort of save as jpeg stuff. I just want the program to do what it used to do and is supposed to do (a lot to ask, I know). Ideas? Perhaps a bug in one of the upgrades/patches etc. over the last month? Any help appreciated. Changing grey scale settings, print quality etc. has not helped. Don't think it has anything to do with print settings anyway as "issue" is visible in that shadows do not show on the running column of slides on the left. Melissa in Maine |
