| Vista Home Premium | MS Access & Networked Vista I have the following situation. MS Vista Home Premium on a Desktop PC & Laptop which are networked with a network share for public documents. MS Access 2007 is installed on both machines. The database is split and the front end (Queries, Forms, Reports, etc) is installed on both machines with the back end (Tables) residing in the public documnets folder on the Desktop PC.The front ends are set to Share the back end Tables. The problem I have is that when running the front ends are acting as if they are set to exclusive, i.e. a change made by one fornt end to data is not seen when looking at the same table from the other front end. Is this a known problem with networked Vista & MS Access 2007 and is there any fix? |
