| Vista Home Premium x64 | Problems with help menu and clip art in MS Office 2007 Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me with this issue. I have been trying to fix it for a couple of days now and I am getting extremely frustrated. I have MS Office Ultimate 2007, neither the clip art or the help menus are working in most of the programs. I have used all of the features previously, so I know they were working. However, when I tried to access clip art the other day for an assignment the ones from Office Online will not load. They have weird symbols instead of the clip art pictures. When I try to insert one of them I get the error message Word cannot obtain the data for C:\Users\<my name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\MPj04331800000[1].jpg link. I checked and the Microsoft Office Template activeX control is installed...in fact, I can access templates from Office Online. Just not clip art or help. I have also tried turning off my firewall...but that's useless because I can access online templates, so it has to be connecting to the site. And it didn't help with my problem anyway. Does anyone have any ideas? --Cherie |

| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: Problems with help menu and clip art in MS Office 2007 Will someone please give me some suggestions? I am still having this problem. I thought for a while that maybe it was because I installed Office Ultimate without uninstalling Home and Student. I have since attempted to uninstall both programs, and my computer will not allow me to do that either. Completely unrelated, I think, but there is something else my computer is doing. It will freeze sometimes(more frequently lately). I will restart it and after about 20 minutes on the logoff screen it will shut off and turn back on to a blue screen saying something about preventing damage to my computer. It goes to the restart options screen before I can read what I should do if I see that screen more than once. PLUS my CPU usage is almost constantly at 100%. I don't know what CPU usage is exactly, but I'm thinking it has something to do with why my computer seems to freeze so much. Anyway, I REALLY need help! PLEASE can someone tell me where to take my computer, or what tests I can run to see what the heck is going on? I am really getting worried |
