2007 Microsoft Office Word has stopped working

“Microsoft word has stopped working”

This happens when:
Word 2007 is closed after working on a 2003 document
Word 2007 is closed after working on 2007 documents along with a 2003
document. Everything works fine until the last document is closed and word is
completely closed. And it does not matter whether it’s an 03 or 07 document.
Word 2007 closes correctly when working with only 2007 documents.

" I have the Sp1 update and have tried the MS Office Diagnostic Program with no results. I am running Vista Home Premium 32 bit version. Any help would be appreciated.
