| 64-bit | default mail client not properly installed Hi. I started having problems about a week ago when opening an Outlook message when I link on an email address from my web browser. I haven't done any new software installs to create this problem and think it probably has something to do with a new Windows update. Not sure how to fix this. Operating system: Vista 64-bit with latest updates. Email: Outlook 2003 Browser default: Firefox 3.0.7 When I click on an email address from within Firefox, IE 7 opens in the background and nothing else happens. I've confirmed that Outlook and Firefox are both my default programs. Would welcome other ideas for fixes. This is very frustrating! Thanks for any help, Kathy |
