Vista - Sending/Receiving Custom outlook Form

redjohn75 Vista Home premium 32 bit 1 posts	Sending/Receiving Custom outlook Form I created a custom outlook form in Outlook 2003. I am able to send this form and my customer is able to receive and publish the form, but when they fill out the form and send it back I receive a blank e-mail! Any Ideas?
