| Vista 64-bit Ultimate Win7 64-bit Ultimate XP SP3 32-bit Pro | Slipstream SP1 & SP2 into Office 2007 Hello all. I'm wondering if vLite can be used in the same way in this tutorial to slipstream SP1 & SP2 into Office Home and Student 2007 and create an installation disk. Could I follow the tutorial doing the exact same steps to accomplish this? Vista SP1 Slipstream Installation DVD Thanks. Later Ted |

| Windows 7 RTM 64-bit | Re: Slipstream SP1 & SP2 into Office 2007 The tutorial describes installation of windows vista whereas you asked for office 2007 installation. I doubt it will work. |

| VISTA HOME PREMIUM X64/ 7 x64 / 7x86 | Re: Slipstream SP1 & SP2 into Office 2007 Hi Ted, Try copying the Office installation files onto your desktop - browse to it with vlite and see if it will pick them . If it does, you could probably slipstream Sp1, then pick the files up again and slipstream SP2. Otherwise it can be done manually: Copy the office files into folder named, e.g. Office 2007 Copy Office SP1 files into a folder named, e.g. Office SP1 Extract the Office Sp1 files into a folder named , e.g. Office SP1EXTRACTED. Copy the .msp files from Office SP1EXTRACTED into the Updates folder in the Office 2007 files, burn to cd. It should install the updates from that folder as you are installing Office . |
