Hello Melise, Welcome to the forum.
I have read that quite a few people experience this problem. This answer seems to help
Have a look here to enable the built in Administrator account;
Administrator Account
Use this account to install Office and then I recommend that you follow the tutorial to Disable it again, when you are finished.
