If when you click on the file it is asking what to open with then choose Microsoft Outlook, and it should open. P.S. If I helped you out please give me some rep by clicking the little scales in the upper right corner. Thank You |

| Vista Home Premium 64 bit | Re: How can I open a .dbx file? Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, my computer does not have Outlook. When I go through the migration from Outlook Express to Windows Mail (Migrate from Outlook Express to Windows Mail | Windows Vista for Beginners), I get the message, file not found in attempting the migrate the (.dbx) file for the inbox. Trying to open the (.dbx) file fails to open or transfer the data. No program on my computer can open it. A search on the web shows several pay programs that claim to work. Maybe that is the best answer. But thank you for your suggestion. |
