| Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: New to site Hi Wintergrove Welcome to Vista Forums. Go to Start > Default Programs > Set Your Default Programs and then configure Outlook from there to be your default email application. If you can't find Default Programs, right-click your mouse on the Vista Start Orb on the bottom left-hand side of the taskbar and then click on Properties and make sure Default Programs is ticked in the Start Menu Customization list. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any problems. Kind Regards, Neil PS: You can turn off Windows Mail altogether by also going into the Default Programs section > Set Program Access and Computer Defaults > Custom > and then untick the box that says Windows Mail - Enable access to this program. |
