Problems running Office 2007

I'm working on a Dell Studio laptop running Vista 64 Home Premium and trying like heck to get Office 2007 to install & run. The install seems to go ok, but when I try to run any of the Office apps, I get errors. Outlook seems to think I don't have Office installed and tells me to run Setup or reboot. Neither of those do any good. If I try to run Word or any other Office app after trying to run Outlook, I get not enough RAM or disk space. Since this is a new laptop with 4Gb of RAM and a 320Gb drive, I really doubt that's the issue. any ideas of what i need to do next? I have not tried to update Office yet, so I'll I'll try that next.

Re: Problems running Office 2007

Ok, I found the problem, now I need to find the fix. If I drill down into the Progam Files and right click on the app, select Run as Administrator, the program runs fine. Now...how do i get the program to run as a user?

Re: Problems running Office 2007

Now that you have it working keep in mind the word docs will not open in older versions of word for people to read them. The string is a .docx compared to a .doc in older versions. Just a note to help out.
