Vista - Word spell check problem

i have a Vista home premium 32 edition.

1. Once by mistake I okayed i to be added as a word in the spell check. Many times I type in i as there is not enough pressure on the shift key. Question - how do I restore my word dictionary to undo i as an incorrect word?

2. My spell check does not pick up small case for the start of a sentence/paragraph? How do I fix that?

Bring up Word 2007
- top right hand corner question mark - click,
- you get Word, "help & how to"
- under Browse Word help click "What's new"
- under Topics click "What's new in Office Word 2007"
- & about half way down this page is "Easily avoid spelling errors". This section has five links that should help you correct the two probs that you have encountered.

Thanks! I have one more problem;

I am using Vista Home premium 32 bit and i am using windows mail for all my emails. I also have office 2007 with Microsoft Outlook.

Problem is that i want to use microsoft Outlook but i can't transfer/export my email accounts from Vista Windows mail to Microsoft Outlook or even outlook express for XP. I have forgotten 3 critical passwords so I cannot recreate the email accounts in Outlook....

How can I export my email accounts to microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express from Vista Windows mail??? please help.

IMHO - If your Word problem has been helped / solved it would be prudent to start a new topic / thread pertaining to your new query for help, re exporting from Win Mail / importing to Office Outlook.
