Vista Tutorial - Need Help and Suggestion !!!

I need help regarding the windows mail . I am using Vista Business Edition ( 32 Bit. ).

Recently unknowningly i have deleted some important emails sent to the clients.

I need to knwo whether i can set one more default address for outgoing emails so that i can have one more copy of sent email.

Now a days i have to write alternative email address every time i am sending emails.

So can i set default alternative address for outgoing mails??? plz help me ??

Welcome to Vista forums.

You can only have one default at a time, but you can choose which account is the default. Tools/accounts/highlight the account you want to be default and click the 'set as default' button on the right.

I think there is little bit confusion ..

what I need is a copy of my outgoing emails to be sent automatcially to one more ID so that even my widows creashed i can see the email from this alternate ID.
So i want to add this adreess automatcially every time i sent emails.
