Question with Outlook and scripts

So I have no experience scripting, and could use some help. I need to generate a startup script that will open outlook and create an email for me. It's being sent to a distribution list we'll say is named Yankees, it needs to have delayed delivery set to keep the message in my outbox until 10AM, and the subject set to "Stats." I don't need it to send the message, as some days I need to send with an attachment, others I don't. If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
