| vista home premium | Power Point data gone I worked for a full day on a power point, saved as I went along, came back (did not turn the computer off), just closed the lid, and when I came back, the data was gone. I found a notation in the recycle bin that it had been deleted three hours earlier! It asked if I wanted to recover the data, and I clicked ok, but no recovery ensured. Has anyone ever experienced this situation? Dell went in and tried to do all kinds of recovery data remotely, with no success. |

| Vista home premium 64 bit | Re: Power Point data gone If you have saved and that was the last file you worked on then open power point and click on the ord on the top of the screen and look to the right, it is the last used files. If you have a file open then there will be a temp file there you may be able to rescue some of the data from there as a last resort. |
