| Vista 64 bit | Mail Merge Recipients Microsoft Access I recently moved from Windows XP to Vista 64 bit. In XP, I was having no problems selecting the recipients in the list in Microsoft Access and merge into Word. However, in Vista after I "clear all" and select one recipient, and click "ok", the Access list closes, but then adds some recipients that I didn't check. So when I merge, there are many more records that what I originally checked. Any thoughts? |

| Vista 64 bit | I'm using Windows 2003. I tried the links and they are generally on setting up MailMerge. I didn't find anything that referenced the recipient list. I truly believe that it is a Vista problem with Merging from Access to Word. I know this because I put the same database back on my XP computer and it worked fine. (I couuld choose which recipients I wanted to include.) Any thoughts? |

| Vista Ultimate 64-bit, SP2 | I presume that you have checked to see if there is any info that may help here - Word - Word Help [tiny ? top right hand corner of page. You must be online.] -Mail Merge [second column about half way down] Failing that all I can suggest is that you contact Office Tech Support. From personal experience I can vouch that they are helpful & have corrected the odd annoyance that I have had. http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/de...px?ofcresset=1 |
