Vista - Outlook 2007 cannot send 1 GB attachment

Greetings
I am running Vista Home Edition/OL 07.
I have an email in my outbox for 4 days that has a 1 GB file attached
I cannot delete it is hanging up other very small emails also from going out.
I have tried working offline and deleted the auto send receive, shutting down
etc. Only way I can get any emails out at all is to shut down OL program
and restart it, but that only works sometimes.
I appreciate any ideas you may have

I assume you cant drag it out of the outbox to your desktop?

try viewing your email via your isp email home page, see if you can delete it from there. Example hotmial/live.com has their own email home page to send, receive emails. If that doesn't work try to delete your email account from outlook and then readd it.

Accts>edit>advance>server timeout. Move the slider to the right to adjust
the setting.

OR

Your ISP is limiting your upload size for email.

Any ideas on how to delete it? every time I try it says "transmitting"
if I delete my email account and add it back it will that help?
