Vista - template downloads

I'm not an office user but I need to download an office fax template. I found some on the office online templates site. I downloaded a few but when I open office (any catogory..ie word, access), I can't find them once they've been downloaded. Some simple step by step instuctions for me please.

With Office Word 2007 my templates are located via

Clicking the Microsoft Office Button,selecting New then click Installed Templates.
[If you are trying to locate them within Access they should be under Local Templates.]
All the templates currently installed on your computer should be listed there.
