Outlook. Crashes in Safe Mode by mspst32.dll.

HINTS TO HELP YOU.

Upon startup, Outlook directly crashes. So I tried to start it in Safe Mode but then it still crashes. The error contains the following;
Problem Event Name:APPCRASH
Application Name:Outlook.exe
Fault Module Name:mspst32.dll
How can I recover from this issue?
