Help Needed Urgently

I have tried opening my microsoft outlook and it comes up with outlook didnt close properly and it wants me to open in safe mood, so i go and press yes and then it says there is a problem and it should shut, so it closes down.

ive tried the outlook.exe/resetnavpane and it didnt work

Run the office setup.exe from CD/File on ure HDD
(if you have the setup disk burnt to a file) and run a repair on outlook.

i had the same today on a Users PC apartfrom it ran the repair from the exchange

Another way of approaching the problem is, when you get that error message, go into Task Manager and close Outlook from there. Then, the system should recognize it as being "properly" closed!

If this problem occurs with any MS Office file (don't know if Outlook is set up with the same Menus) you can "properly" close it by using the Menu. go to "File" and select "Close."

I have had a similar problem with MS Word docs apparently not closing "properly" --- and I have finally solved the problem after lots of trial and error --- now I just use one or both of those methods.
