My links in Outlook 2003 will not open. I get an error message stating that it "cannot open due to restrictions on this computer. Contact your administrator." Links in websites open fine. I am running Vista home premium 32 bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the following article and see if that helps: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.. I think it will resolve the issue (at least one of the procedures there will).
