    Modifying default list styles question

This should be a basic styles question. I'm working on a document and using some lists and bullet points. The body of the document is double-spaced, but the lists look really bad with the big gaps between them. I'd like to change the formatting for them to be 1.5 spacing instead of double spacing.
I can't recall which list style to change to accomplish this goal for all existing numbered lists or billeted lists, and all new ones.

I can easily change it by highlighting the lists and choosing 1.5X spacing, but I can't recall what style to change.

    I'm using Word 2003.

    Hi,

I would suggest you take a note of what it is now & then make changes until you find the one you want.
