Hello new to this and not a techy Since either installing a new hp 7500 printer or doing my windows updates i cannot set the printer as the default. Its there and installed and I can print Word documents but cannot print excel or web stuff. Tried MS helpline who say its the hp printer called them who took me through some checks and they say all ok with the printer. Im kinda thinking aaaaaaaah Can anyone help Cheers Col.
