| vista | Outlook to Vista My wife's laptop hard drive failed. We were able to retrienve her files from the old hard drive. We successfully loaded her old email files on the new laptop but have not been able to locate and restore the address book. We found a wab file but have not been able to do anything with it. She was running Outlook, not Outlook Express. Thanks! |

| Vista Ultimate X64 | Re: Outlook to Vista Hi JoeRogers! Outlook (Not outlook express) address book usually is a .PAB file (Public Address Book). The .PST file usually pertains to archives created from Outlook or the actual mailbox folders. (e.g. archive.pst or personal folders.pst) The .WAB file usually pertains to Windows Address Book which is made to work with Outlook Express. Hope this helps! ![]() Raj |
