We've been using repliweb r-1 for web and content deployment for ages
- in our experience if our replications failed it's a result of an
internal change to our systems that weren't reflected in the
replication job properties. Try shooting their support team an email

We recently upgraded to V4 which solved the occasional instability we
found on the console interface, in addition to allowing grouping,
tagging and search of distribution jobs. V4 also has a .net api and
deploys .net gac, iis metabase and files in a single transaction.
We've had good success implementing those features and they solved a
lot of our internal challenges.
