Enforcing Coding Standards from within the IDE

So in Visual Studio 2008's code analysis features, I can run rules
against my codebase to enforce certain standards.

Question: how do I actually define new rules? Any pointers
appreciated.

Thanks,

Stephen

The code analysis is based on FxCop, so this might work:
