Vista - Help with Logging Sinks

Hi!

I'm using the Microsoft Enterprise Library 3.1 for logging with the
Enterprise Library Configuration tool. I've seen a couple of
screenshots for the configuration tool, but I can't seem to get the
Sinks node in the tool that I'm using. Am I stuck with using the
Windows Events log or did Microsoft decide to let developers/
administrators use their XML editing skills and sense of direction to
figure out how to modify the config file manually?
