Can't get the error message to go away

Account: 'pop.griffincreek.net (3)', Server: 'pop.griffincreek.net',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Invalid command.', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

HELP!!!
What is this?

Please provide additional information. What software are you using when this
message appears and what are you trying to do when it appears?
What version and edition of Windows are you running?

It is in the emails of my work. It is done thru windows vista. We merged 5
account to one and this one keeps coming thru as an error.

THANKS For trying to help bu I figured it out.
It waas a send pop that was not necessary and it just carboned the initial
so it kept telling me that it was an error but thanks for posting back.
