Microsoft and customer care

Hi all,

A bit of topic, but not to much.

My company, that creates software only for Windows environment, ordered
Visual Studio 8 Pro with MSDN.

How come, in the era of internet, we are waiting already a month for the
software !?!?

If this is a "customer care" of Microsoft Corporation, then congratulations
!

I called local Microsoft in Poland, but they say, it's not their business,
another Microsoft sells those packages, and they cannot give me any contact
to check what is happening with my order.

If I had a gold fish, my wish would be, that we could sell non-Microsoft
software.
Unfortunately it is not possible in todays world.

Bill Gates has big plans, I hope one of them will be taking care of business
more seriously.

Regards
Pawel.

Actually, there is a public newsgroup dedicated to MSDN topics:

microsoft.public.msdn.general

As we don't know how/where you purchased your subscription, I'll give you
some generic advice. You should contact MSDN directly:

Re: Microsoft and customer care

Pawel,

Sounds for me like in the old days in Poland.

Why don't you call Ireland, AFAIK in there is the MSDN office, however
calling to an office in an other country sometimes helps, I did that in past
with another company and you would not believe how quick I was helped.
