Vista - Cannot acess my employers secure site through internet explorer!!

Hi ther can anyone help me, I was able to acess my employers website, up
until a few days ago, I have all the help from theit it support they can give
me, they say its my provider, but I have been through every diagnostics they
can do also and is not a connection problem, I have contacted my computer
manufacturer and they have said its not my computer as they cannot access the
site either, microsoft have suggested I try to get help here, I was able to
go through internet explorer no problem, the diagnostics were, pinged my ip
address, and the web address, and 3 out of 4 replies on both accounts were
500 server error, and when I try to access it it keeps displaying internet
explorer cannot display this website, and this is constantly, I am not
technicaly minded at all so would appreciate any help, thank you in advance,

I can't imagine why anyone would direct you here. This group
is for discussing dotnet.
