| | Not able to send a hyperlink any more Hi - hope someone can help a computer dunce! I used to be able to send out a hyperlink within an e-mail when someone has requested information , but something has happened to stop it being sent now. I get the following message: An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Here is the information you requested', Account: 'mail.virgin.net', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: Message was spam or contained virus', Port: 7362, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F I have done full virus checks, even changed virus scan companies but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Someone told me it might be a setting issue within my e-mail programme If anyone has any ideas, I'd be most grateful, and a step by step guide to what to try would be really helpful |

It looks like the error message was generated by Virgin's SMTP server. |
