Vista - Error Message keeps appearing

When I go onto a website I keep getting an error message as follows
An error occurred while copying file FP_AX_CAB_INSTALLER.exe Cannot copy
file to destination directory
I am using Windows XP home edition and Internet Explorer as my Browser
