You can for example tell it that it should not look for virus protection as you may have an antivirus program that it can not recognise. If it's some kind of malware that is showing a banner, you should get some program like AdAware, Hijack This or Spybot Search & Destroy. Anyway, "help" is not a useful subject for a thread.
