| | sp3 or ie7 I have installed a fresh xp sp2 installation after I quick formatted my drive,then I upgraded to sp3 then ie7 and all critical updates,after a while I realized that my windows update service(automatic update)have stoped when I tried to restart it,it gave a 1058 error code,also I found that my internet security settings were changed to low,so I changed it back to custom,and rebooted,after rebooting I checked on automatic update service and it was disabled I changed it to automatic and started it,it started well,tried to access windows update site everything went good untill I reavhed the checking for updates page,when I was redirected to the availabale updates page the page could not be loaded,and the automatic update service is disabled and could not be restarted untill reboot,and so on and each time I reboot the internet security settings changes to low,PLEASE HELP |
