Vista - how do i find by Nyneave

i posted a comment/question/plea on thursday, but was at the library at the
time couldn't favorites it obviously and as i was starting to take down the
address so that i could look at the replies i got bumped off, my time
apparently having expired. i do remember that i posted in the forum - how to
know where to post or something similar to that. i would appreciate any
help. the thing is that my pc has been repeatedly hacked- yes been checked
by experts - getting REALLY spendy too . i have just had the user acct
that i had created removed after trying to set permissions. (not removed by
me - both admin and the user i had created are gone and there is no longer a
log on screen) and i discoved about 30 different users, groups, and built-in
security principal names when i was about it- I too have been told i don't
have the permission/access to do everything from run a d@xxxxxx cd to ....well
just about everything. a lot of the files have been copied - and they are
now showing as web pages as well as everything i put on the the hd- such as a
text doc etc. all system 32 files have been copied and the copies are in a
file called webdll's, and it goes on and on.. i realized i don't have the
knowledge of how to combat this, i have been dealing with this since early
2001 and it just gets worse and worse. - i am running winXP home ed and i
don't know that i will be able to access the pc except at the library again
any time soon. i usually can't connect from home, but i will get back to this
somehow. NO i am not a flake , might be an idiot sometimes lol, but am so
very very tired of this and just want some help. I have copied different
things off my pc as proof that this stuff is happening - the local police
didn't have a clue - big suprise eh?~! but i would hesitate to email to
anyone because of what might be attached or embedded in / on it. PLEASE HELP
