What happened to ildasm.exe in VS 2008? I did a full install and don't see
it anywhere on my system.

Should be located in the %PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\Bin
folder.

Are you using the express version? I'm not 100% sure, but I do know that the
files in that folder tend to get installed with C++ only
