| | remove highlighting from mail merge contacts The address block and greeting are highlighted, even after the merge and printing. I've tried removing address block and putting in each portion separately (i.e. first name, last name, title, address 1 . . .) and that didn't help. The mail merge tool bar has the "a" w/shading but that isn't working on removing the gray highlighting. |
