Where is urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1?

Visual Studio 2008 doesn't offer me the choice to use:
urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1 when I am adding a
<runtime><assemblyBinding xmlns=""> section to my app.config file. I can
type it in manually and get the desired result, but how can I add this
schema to Visual Studio so I can get intelliSense?
