This is a group about .NET programming, not general Windows help. I'm not
going to address your problem because that would encourage more off-topic posts.

If I had addressed your problem, though, I would have advised you to scan
your system for malware, and if it's clean use Autoruns
(http://technet.microsoft.com/sysinternals/bb963902) to remove the offending
entry if it persists.

Try a more suitable newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft ".NET"
