Vista - Down errors with .net 2.0 Framework

I was recently trying to update my Kodak Easyshare software and it has the
..net 2.0 framework inbedded in the program. Well I had accedentially deleted
it from the computer earlier and not I run into error trying to redownload
the program. Even if I attemp to do it directly from Microsoft itself. I get
this error code but nothing shows as a fix : Error Code: 0x643
Try to install the update again, or request help from one of the following
resources.

Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.
