Vista - service pack 3

Every time I install Service pack 3 my PC fails to reboot. The only way I
can restart my Pc is in safe mode uninstall service pack 3 and it will work
fine. any one out there with any suggestion. I have even tried installing it
after a "Clean boot" and still have the same probs. Any help would be most
appreciated

This isn't the correct group to be asking this question to.
Try a windows support group, more specifically the (your OS here)
group.
