Is VS 2008 OK On Vista 64?

I have just trashed my XP Pro x64 install in a big way. I can re-install
from an image which is about 3 months old or I can, once again, try Vista
64. Since I spend most of my life in VS2008 can anybody tell me if it
installs/runs OK on Vista 64 please?

OK, thanks John :-)

I re-instated my XP x64 image this morning, I had lost all the entries in
device manager and event viewer had stopped working. A slightly too
aggressive registry clean :-(
