Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

In the middle of my work i receive an error report regarding to "Generic Host
Process for Win32" then i look the details containing
Error Signature:
EventType : BEX P1 : svchost.exe P2 : 5.1.2600.2180 P3 :
41107ed6
P4 : netapi32.dll P5 : 5.1.2600.2180 P6 : 411096ac P7 : 0000a3c0
P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000
after that i'm trying to play my media player, then the player report is:

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with
your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your
computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be
functioning properly."

i'm sure that i've installed properly my sound device and the driver of it!

I formated my PC 3 times. after that i have receive again an error report.
then i try to update my SP2 to the microsoft, i receive again an error
report., and every time i received this. i can't play my windows media player
and any other music software. So please HELP ME to resolve this case. thank
you
