disable uac credentials for network conections

Hi,

when my staff take their laptops away and want to connect to wireless
networks, they get a promt asking for admin credentials. how can i disable
the credentials for connectiong to a new network. they are standard users.

obviously i cant give them the admin password. so is there a way round this?
