Vista - JIT Debugger

when i try to run glider.exe (WoW bot) i get this error:

"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immdiately.

Access is denied."

but i am the admin for this computer and i have never had that problem before. and when i click details on the error it says

"To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled."

like what do i do? i just paid $25 for this thing and it says access denied.
